This year, Utah celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Transcontinental Railroad! As we commemorate this occasion, we wish to reflect on the significance of the railroad to the diverse communities within our state. Come join us on April 20th from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. as we learn about the effects of the construction of the railroad on Utah’s native populations from Darren Parry, Chairman of the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation. His remarks will start at 5:30 PM and will be followed by food and activities!
