Check out all the events happening at the Museum this month! We are excited to launch our summer-long 2023 children’s program, Passport to Summer Fun at Hot Wheels in Hyrum! You can pick up your passport at the museum tent and get a special Hot Wheels in Hyrum stamp, or at the museum starting Tuesday, June 6th. The passport includes a bunch of fun and educational activities, plus the museum will host four drop-in activities starting with our brand-new Night at the Museum, Let’s Paint! on Thursday, June 22nd from 6:00–8:00 pm. Then, we’ll host Rodeo Games on Thursday, June 29th from 1:00–3:00 pm, Grand Old Flag at the Elite Hall on Tuesday, July 4th from 10:00 am–3:00 pm, and finally, Playing on Prairie on Tuesday, July 25th from 1:00–3:00 pm. Everyone who earns at least nine stamps in their passport will be invited to our summer-end pizza party on August 3rd! We are pleased to partner with Jump the Moon for our FIRST EVER Night at the Museum event on Thursday June 22nd from 5:00-7:00 pm! Everyone is invited to join us for an evening of demonstrations, art making, and enjoy an exhibit of Jump the Moon artists, which will be on display at the museum all summer! Join us for Rodeo Games on Thursday, June 29, from 1:00 to 3:00! Drop-in for some fun activities relating to Hyrum Saddle Club’s annual rodeo, enjoy a treat, and earn a special stamp for your Passport To Summer Fun! Enter our monthly coloring contest! Our June Super Saturday is our annual car show fundraiser, Hot Wheels in Hyrum, Saturday, June 3, 10am-3pm! Kick the summer off by enjoying some classic vehicles, eating delicious food, listening to music, and winning great prizes! Attendance is free. Day-of registration begins at 9am.
