Check out all the events happening at the Museum this month!

Passport to Summer Fun, our summer-long 2023 children’s program, continues through July! The passport includes a bunch of fun and educational activities, plus several drop-in activities at the museum. Grand Old Flag at the Elite Hall is on Tuesday, July 4th from 10:00 am–3:00 pm. Playing on Prairie is on Tuesday, July 25th from 1:00–3:00 pm. Everyone who earns at least nine stamps in their passport will be invited to our summer-end pizza party on August 3rd!
Join us during Hyrum City’s Star Spangled Celebration on Tuesday, July 4, for Grand Old Flag at Elite Hall! Between 10am and 3pm visitors will have a chance to see our display of over 50 historic flags. Kids will also have the opportunity to earn a special stamp for their Passport to Summer Fun. Elite Hall is located at 98 West Main Street in Hyrum.
NOTE: The Museum will not be open during Grand Old Flag, so be sure to visit us at Elite Hall. Regular museum hours are Tuesday – Thursday 10am-5pm.
Join us for Playing on the Prairie on Tuesday, July 25, anytime between 1:00pm and 3:00pm to learn more about what life was like in the late-1800s through art and activities.
July is the first ever Utah Museums Month! Join us all month in celebrating Utah’s 260+ museums. Visit at least 5 Utah museums in July and you can request a special Utah Museum Month collectible sticker!

New exhibit alert! Come see Museum Volunteer Kaya Eccles’s artwork on display at the Museum from Jump the Moon Art Studio & Gallery. Kaya’s paintings will be on display through August. Visitors will also have the opportunity to learn about Jump the Moon Foundation and the work they do to help diversely-abled artists get creative.
