Free Family Movie Night is on Friday, February 7! Join us at Elite Hall for a free movie at 7:00pm. Doors open at 6:30. Wear comfy clothes and don’t forget your blankets, pillows, beanbags, camp chairs, etc. Bring your own dinner/treats.Save the Date for Jazz Night at Elite Hall: February 13, 14, & 15! Dance the night away on Hyrum’s historic spring-loaded dance floor while the USU jazz orchestra and ensemble will serenade guests with incredible big band music and dancing. Dances start each night at 7pm, with free dance lessons beginning at 6pm. Tickets are $15 ($10 with student ID) for dancing, or on Friday and Saturday night, enjoy a delicious catered dinner and dancing for $30. We will be highlighting our exhibit “Blacksmith Fork Canyon: A Community Resource” and will have a water color painting activity that focuses on the natural beauty of Blacksmith Fork Canyon. Our Super Saturdays are free and open to the public.Our February Back-in-Time Children’s programming is scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday February 25, 26, & 27 at 1pm each day. Visit the museum to learn about Hardware Ranch’s program to feed elk and how elk continue to play a vital role within our region’s ecosystem. All children are welcome to attend this free event. Send your entry to 50 West Main Street, Hyrum, UT 84319, museum@hyrumcity.gov, or bring it in person during our open hours (Tuesday – Thursday from 10AM to 4PM). Coloring pages are also available to pick up at the Museum or download from our website. Don’t forget to include your name, age, and address to collect your prize.
