This year, we have extended Grand Old Flag, our display of over 50 historic flags, to accommodate more visitors over more days! Grand Old Flag will be on display at Elite Hall (98 West Main in Hyrum) on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, July 3, 4, & 5 from 10am-3pm, with extended hours on Sunday, July 6, from 5-8pm.
Don’t forget to bring your Passport to Summer Fun to earn a special stamp! We will also have a patriotic art activity and a special scavenger hunt for kids.
Hyrum City Museum events are free and open to all!Our next in-person event for our Passport to Summer Fun educational programming is our annual Paint Night! Join us on Tuesday, July 22, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm for a fun afternoon of accessible art-making! Drop-in anytime during the event to for some fun art projects and activities from the Hyrum City Museum, Hyrum Library, and Jump the Moon! Don’t forget to bring your Passport to earn a special stamp in your Passport To Summer Fun!Our Passport Pizza Party will be on Thursday, July 31, from 12:30-1:30pm! All children who earn at least nine stamps in their Passport To Summer Fun are invited to attend (sign-up is required).Our July coloring contest is here! Send your entry to 50 West Main Street, Hyrum, UT 84319, museum@hyrumcity.gov, or bring it in person during our open hours (Tuesday – Thursday from 10AM to 4PM). Coloring pages are also available to pick up at the Museum or download from our website.
